A TROPICAL SENSATION VEGETARIAN AND GLUTEN FREE

  • Ingredients:

    1 CUP COCONUT WATER

    ¼ CUP TEQUILA

    ¼ CUP LIME JUICE

    3 TBSP TRIPLE SEC

    3 TBSP SWEETENED CREAM OF COCONUT

    MINT FOR GARNISH

  • Prep:

    1) POUR COCONUT WATER INTO THE ICE TRAY TO FREEZE

    2) PLACE FROZEN COCONUT WATER CUBES IN A BLENDER AND COMBINE: TEQUILA, LIME JUICE, TRIPLE SEC AND SWEETENED COCONUT CREAM

    3) BLEND UNTIL SMOOTH FOR 30 SECONDS

    4) POUR AND SERVE WITH MINT GARNISH
