Cafeto Tiramisu

SERVES: 4

  • 225g mascarpone cheese

    1/2 cup (120ml) heavy cream

    1/4 cup (50g) granulated sugar

    1 tsp. (5ml) vanilla extract

    16-20 ladyfingers

    Cocoa powder, for dusting

    1/2 cup Cafeto Tequila

  • 1.

    In a large bowl, beat mascarpone cheese until smooth, using an electric mixer.

  • 2.

    Add heavy cream, sugar, and vanilla extract, and continue to beat until soft peaks form.

  • 3.

    To serve, dust the top with cocoa powder & serve in our Stainless Serving bowls for ultimate chicness

  • 4.

    Spread half of the mascarpone mixture over the ladyfingers.

    Repeat layers with remaining ladyfingers and mascarpone mixture.

    Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or overnight.
