LIGHT, FRESH & FUN - A PERFECT SUMMER COCKTAIL

  • Ingredients for Pear Syrup:

    2. RIPE PEARS, CORED & DICED

    ¼ CUP SUGAR

    1/2 CUP WATER

  • Prep for Margaritas:

    60ML PEAR SYRUP

    2 FRESHLY SQUEEZED LIMES

    15ML ST. GERMAIN LIQUEUR

    30ML TRIPLE SEC

    120ML BLANCO TEQUILA

    LIME WEDGES OR PEAR FOR GARNISH

    ICE

  • Prep

    1) PLACE PEARS & WATER INTO A BLENDER & BLEND UNTIL SMOOTH

    2) POUR THE PUREE INTO A SAUCEPAN & PLACE ON MEDIUM HEAT. BRING TO SIMMER & ADD SUGAR

    3) STIR TO COMBINE & SIMMER FOR 5 MINS OR UNTIL SUGAR IS DISSOLVED. COOL COMPLETELY

    4) ADD ALL WET INGREDIENTS TO A SHAKER WITH ICE

    5) SERVE WITH A LIME WEDGE OR PEAR IN SALTIST & ENJOY!
