Spiced Cranberry Paloma Cocktail Recipe

  • Ingredients:

    SIMPLE SYRUP (45ML):

    1/2 CUP WATER
    1/2 CUP GRANULATED SUGAR

    2 PC CINNAMON STICKS

    2 PC STAR ANISE

    2 PC WHOLE CLOVE

    1 PC VANILLA BEAN

    CRANBERRY PALOMA:
    60ML TEQUILA
    60ML CRANBERRY JUICE

    30ML GRAPEFRUIT JUICE

    30ML FRESH LIME JUICE

    1 DASH SPARKLING WATER

  • Prep:

    (1) COMBINE SIMPLE SYRUP INGREDIENTS INTO A SAUCEPAN & BOIL UNTIL SUGAR IS DISSOLVED
    (2) REMOVE SYRUP FROM STOVE BUT KEEP THE SPICES IN THE SYRUP TO ALLOW THEM TO INFUSE FOR 10 MINUTES TO COOL
    (3) REMOVE SPICES AND STORE SYRUP IN A JAR IN REFRIGERATOR
    (4) COMBINE ALL COCKTAIL INGREDIENTS AND SHAKE WITH ICE
    (5) TOP WITH SPARKLING WATER AND SERVE AND SIP IN SALTIST

    Option: Garnish with rosemary sprig, cinnamon and cranberries for a festive touch.
